Calling Dr Rich.. Bill Clinton...
He sure is showing the signs of his being hooked up to the heart lung machine. His falling asleep at in appropriate times his short responses, the ones where he loses his temper. all seem consistent with being on the machine during his cardiac event a few years back.
He just shows the same signs of so many men that have had the cardiac event bypass surgery that had them on the machine for a period of time. He just is not the same.

I can't comment on the heart-patient aspect.. but my DH has/has had sleep apnea which gave some of the above symptoms: irritability and diminished attn. span (due to sheer effective lack of sleep) plus falling asleep in important meetings, during rock concerts, 10 min. into a 'must-see' film..
Now he has "the device" -- a respirator that gives him regular room air while sleeping, and the change is immense!
