Did anyone receive ID card for Humana?
I enrolled in early December, did get a member ID number, but that's it, still no ID card from Humana. I could not view ID card, coverage information, deductible, etc when I logged into my humana account online.
Called 8008336917, took 2 hours to speak to a human being, he told me that their system was not working at this moment, and no ID card is being sent out, and no estimated time when the system will be up and running. He could not tell my deductible and copay either.
I am seriously considering ending the policy with them, well, that's if I do have one with them at this moment!
