Health is probably the most important thing in our lives. Most people give that responsibility to the doctor or insurance company and think they can solve all their problems. Doctor doesn’t know your sick until you tell them. Doctor [bless their souls] is limited because they need you to do your part. How many times has a doctor told a patient to loss weight, quit smoking, get more sleep or just relax? If it is important you should be in charge not someone else. The insurance companies are betting you are not going to be sick. You are betting them that you will be, sounds counter productive. I am hoping that you do not want to win this bet. I personal don’t like betting against myself.
If your health is the most important thing in your life you should be taking control.
