I found this website and started downloading podcasts via itunes.

I listen while I row, with earmuff noise attenuators over my sony earbuds. Dr. Su has different experts and researchers on each program. If anyone is interested give it a listen. I doubt I would just sit and listen, but I get bored rowing and usually find that I like this better than listening to rock and roll.

Just a shout-out about something that I am enjoying and I think benefitting from.
