FYI, Health Insurance Options comparison model
I created an Excel model that we used for comparing our Health Insurance options as part of 2015 Annual Enrollment.
I wanted to share it on this forum in case others find it useful in analyzing their options.
Note, the numbers are not actuals (but sample).
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, but I tried to open your spreadsheet and get some weird message that it's a "php" file and asks me whether I want to open this file or save it. When I click on "open" I get another weird message telling me that it can't. This all confuses me because it sure looks like it's an "xls" file. Anybody else have any ideas on what this is about and how to circumvent?

The file opened for me.
It's very interesting - I like the consideration of the tax treatment of HSA/FSA spending.
I may modify it for my own purposes for a Kaiser HMO model (copays rather than deductibles.)

OP here. Works for me. Maybe something to do with your browser settings. You can try right-click and save in case that works.
I also uploaded it to filedropper. Try downloading here

I was getting the same error message on the "php" file as Corporate Orphan with your previous link/file.

Nice spreadsheet thanks. I'm not sure I have all the inputs right but I'll take a longer look later on and see how things work.
This should be helpful for me as I transition from work paid to self paid insurance.

It downloaded when I right clicked to save it as a php file. When I tried to open it, Windows asked me what application I wanted to use (I tried MS Excel, even though I've never seen a spreadsheet with a PHP extension before) and it worked perfectly.
Now all I need to do is read/study it. Thanks again (this time for all the work you've put into creating this spreadsheet and for being patient with the technically slow among us).

Thanks pixel -
Very similar to a model I had been using to compare employer subsidized plans for several years, but a bit more elaborate. 2015 will be our first year of ACA shopping, right now looking at a $4k deductible HSA eligible plan with no co-pays. Had to tweak the copay to a crazy low % to make the formulas not err out on first run, but output is great - thanks!
