Oh, I do know about the liver. You can't beat a good plate of liver and onions.

ER, for all intents and purposes. Part-time income <5% of annual expenditure.

I don't eat liver but I find that I do get a lift when I take an iron supplement. I found this article by Dr. Kim Harmon quite interesting -
