Impressive! As long as you don't continue with the habit but get right back to how you ate before, this should come off as quickly.

I follow Dr Andrew Weil advise for lifestyle changes and am feeling great. I also use a free calorie tracking program to keep me honest.

DrWeil.com - Official Website of Andrew Weil, M.D.

Enjoy

I find that Weight Watchers works for me since I'm allowed to eat anything (in moderation of course) .

Another WW fan. I started mid-August last year & had lost my 25# goal by Nov. I was worried how things would go thru the holidays. I didn't count points on T-g or C-mas, but ate more moderately than usual.

Even though my 3 mile daily walks had pretty much come to a halt thru the winter, I have been able to maintain my goal weight. I am really not counting WW points much anymore either. I think my body "reset" its steady-state. I do weigh, religiously, every a.m. and that helps me to avoid wandering off track.
