HSA reimbursement questions
Question 1. I was reading IRS publication 502 which mentions that drugs obtained or shipped from another country can't be included in medical expenses UNLESS the FDA announces it can be legally imported by individuals. Has the FDA made any such announcements for individuals? Guess I should have read this publication before ordering my Rx from Canada which saved me 5 bucks a pill but now appears to not qualify for reimbursement.
Question 2. Are there any other publications I should be reading concerning HSA rules and regulations? |
