I started back to the gym
About a week ago I got a doctors note saying I can workout upper body but nothing too strenuous on the bottom half. Had bunion/osteootomy/screw 7wks ago. Im doing Group Power classes. I do extra squats when they do lunges, staying off the toes. Want to work back up to Step classes.
Ive done the Cybex weight machines a few times. Trying to get onto them about 3/4x per week
Gradually working my way back up to walking outside. Im now on 19x around our .2 circle. Want to be able to walk the hour down/back center of town, coffee shop.
Want to be able to get back onto the treadmill too.
