I actually think now that I can achieve my goal!

A preacher goes to a nursing home to meet an elderly parishioner. As he is sitting there he notices this bowl of peanuts beside her bed and takes one. As they talk, he can't help himself and eats one after another. By the time they are through talking, the bowl is empty. He says, "Ma'am, I'm sorry, but I seem to have eaten all of your peanuts."
"That's okay," she says. "They would have just sat there. Without my teeth, all I can do is suck the chocolate off and put them back."

0.4lb - you're almost there. All you need is the strength left to break the tape and cross the finish line.

No change from last week. Sure am looking forward to some hot weather & more outdoor activity.

Sally was driving home from one of her business trips in Arizona when she saw an elderly Navajo woman walking along the side of the road. As the trip was a long and quiet one, Sally stopped the car and asked the Navajo woman if she would like a ride. With a silent nod of thanks, the woman got into the car. Resuming the journey, Sally tried in vain to make a bit of small talk with the Navajo woman. The old woman just sat silently, quietly looking intently at everything she saw, studying every little detail, until she noticed the brown bag on the seat next to Sally. "What's in the bag?" asked the old woman. Sally looked down at the brown bag and said, "It's a bottle of wine. I got it for my husband."
The Navajo woman was silent for another moment or two. Then, speaking with the quiet wisdom of an elder, she said: "Good trade."

Backsliding. Bummer.
The good side is that it now has my full attention and will be corrected.

Numbers. That's the Apple spreadsheet app. Easier to use than Excel, although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

Yes I tried to do a chart in Excel and finally gave up.

DH has an Apple so maybe I'll have him do one for me.

Wow, congratulations! I will be thrilled if I can say the same after our cruise...doubt it, though!

I'm currently stuck at 215 but I've lost 4" off my stomach since starting to build this garden. Shooting for under 200 and another 3" by end of summer.
