No worries. It's well established that regular weigh-ins induce memory loss

I on on the scale today and I gained a pound . Okay two pounds which I blame on the incredible doses of steroids I had to take and also my SO thinking he was nice and bringing home chips . I can resist anything but potato chips . If they are in the house I have to eat them .So I told him no more chips or else !

Thanks! - You're doing a great job staying in your range as well. Seeing others lose and then maintain has given me some hope/incentive to keep my weight off. But I also see so many people lose weight only to gain it back later. I want no part of that.

Back in 2002 I worked hard to lose 40lbs over 9 months to get to 170, and I don't want to have to go through that again. Since then I've hit 182 a couple of times and it is around the 180 mark that pants get tight and I start to knuckle down, but when we are on these long vacations it is definitely harder to keep control as we don't have our bathroom scales with us. (sad, I know, to have to rely on regular feedback like that )

I did not fall off the wagon . I just have not posted my weight . I am still at my goal weight . The scale just doesn't seem to want to move below that number .
