SG, you are just cute as a button with your DH in that photo on the other thread!

One more lb. down, 23 to go. Clothes are fitting nicely again.

Dog is appreciating multiple long walks every day .

Pooch is still a puppy so she's always eating and always ready for more walking! Best "health club" we ever paid for.

Had friends over for lunch today and felt obligated to enjoy the cookies they brought. After they left . May have an effect on the Friday weigh-in.

It was your duty to do that as hostess. Even in their absence.

Darned cookies. Down .7 lbs this week (in WW you count every last little .X of a lb!) so at least a little loss.

I've been following WW this time since the middle of April and am happy to see that I'm down just over 15 lbs. in 22 weeks, most in the last 12 weeks, without feeling the least bit deprived. Staying focused, like with everything in life I guess, is one of the keys of success. But still, darn those cookies!

That's still good steady progress - well done.

Cookies are okay as long as you assign the correct point value to them and give up something else to compensate

Down 4 more lbs. in the last two weeks or so despite being out of town for the Labor Day weekend and enjoying some exotic ribs, pizza, pancakes, etc.--all the healthy food groups . My little WW activelink gadget keeps me moving to make my activity challenge, not to mention our 8-mo-old puppy who is exhausted at the end of each day after multiple long walks. I think I've finally figured out to just do it and stay focused on the long term--by 2013 I should be smack in the middle of my WW target range just by keeping on. I wonder how the puppy is going to like walking in <40 degrees?

I thought that today was steak day at the dining facility at the near-by army base. Since I work out at the fitness center there daily, I thought I'd grab a steak dinner for about $4 after the workout. As an alternate to steak they had lobster tail and fried shrimp combo, so I went for that instead of the steak. Loaded up the tray with lobster tail, drawn butter, shrimp, baked potato, broccoli, cake (orange?), salad bar, iced tea.

Great progress BWE, and I'm sure your dog will still love you when you go out for walks at <40
