No, I didn't. I didn't go out on the water, but I did walk along marshy areas near the causeway. Didn't see anything noticeable (aside from normal pollution). No smell at all.

I was really hoping I could ignore this thread this week, but, ah well...I'm compelled to post my weight gain. :( Two weekends away definitely very bad for my diet. Uggh. And I even worked out hard while traveling. Keeping weight off is sooo tough.

I am still at the same weight but that's okay as I had company for a week and yesterday I treated myself to a chick flick (Sex & the City 2) and popcorn .
 
No weight total this week. Been on the coast for a couple of days and just got back. Ate like a pig. Maybe I can sweat some off by next weigh in.;)
 
Okay, time to get serious AGAIN and get back on track after having baby #2 almost nine months ago.

I won't post my starting weight :( but let's just say that I need to lose quite a bit :nonono:. I am on the right track though:

Week 1 (Aug. 5): Down 4.4 lbs
Week 2 (Aug. 12): Down 2.4 lbs (total lost = 6.8 lbs)


It's good to see this thread is still going strong!
 
I am the same weight as last week . I guess I need to pull back a little to jump start this diet . I am really pleased with the results so far but would love to lose another three pounds.

First weigh in after getting back from England following a 10 week stay there. Looks like a 6lb hit. In 3 weeks we are off to Canada for a month and we also have a 3 day weekend away with DD and SIL so it may be a while before I get back to the target range.

Raising a glass to the end of traveling. I packed a pair of sneakers for walking that never made it out of the suitcase the last two weeks out of town (whose fault is that :) ). But I faced this music and found only a little damage done according to this morning's weigh in, so I'm pumped up about keeping going:
