Life Insurance Policy That Offers 4.5% Earnings

I have a Farmer's Life Insurance policy that offers me a 4.5% return on money invested but they only allow me to invest a maximum of $7,500 there a way to put in more? I.e., a way to "force" their hand? I have had this policy for over 20 yrs.
