I enjoyed playing this game. You can influence close to 15 years by exercising regularly, eating the right stuff and avoiding drinking.

Here's a site I like that gives you an alternative view of the same situation. It calculates your risk factors/lifestyle and calculates you biological age (as opposed to you chronological age).
