Maybe I Found whay EARLY FIRE is better.........

I just got to thinking about it:

If you wait until you have the TIME to exercise (FIRE), you're already too far gone (healthwise) to enjoy FIRE.

So earlier is better, and exercising is essential before and during FIRE............

Agree completely, your observation plays a big role in my motivation. Many of the things on my "bucket list" require good health. Exercise regularly, eat right, and RE...the earlier the better.

I did exercise prior to retiring. But not to the extent that I do now. Work just got too crazy... which is why I decided to quit a year earlier than was the plan!
