Are you still walking? Based on your latest post, your HDL has dropped 15% to 44 and you'll have to raise it 18% to get back to 52. Seems like ice cream would be pretty bad for you based upon your previous comments regarding issues with blood sugar. French fries don't help either.

Along with your comment about additional weight, you have probably answered your own question about the increase in cholesterol.

Other than the fish oil, sounds like all other changes are for the worse.
