I took a cooler to w*rk for years using freezer packs and/or frozen bottles of water. It doesn't get much easier.

Me too. No issues with stolen lunches or others cleanliness challenges.

Amy's has some very low sodium soups although the taste is bland. I've put chiles or red pepper flakes in some to improve the taste as salt substitutes do not taste good. I have high blood pressure controlled by medication and am sodium sensitive. I also pack a lunch but luckily have access to a refrigerator. A friend once cooked dinner for three of us, one on Atkins, one diabetic, and myself. She said the biggest challenge was limiting the sodium and was surprised that it was so difficult.
