Maybe your system does need the probiotics, but I wouldn't make that call just because you saw effects from going cold turkey. Any abrupt change can cause problems.

A better test would be to cut the dose by 5-10%, go for two weeks and cut 5-10% again, repeat if you are doing OK. That gives your body time to adjust.

Once a day, Members Mark (Sam's Club) and have been for a year. Has made a huge difference in regularity/elimination. Can't imagine going without it.
I don't work everyday, but my money must!

Depends on the condition I think. I have IBS and without taking Align I'm a mess. With it things are very nice. Align has B. Infantis which is hard to find in the other probiotic blends. B. Infantis works for IBS, but they don't know why. I can tell you that it works for my IBS and I'm quite pleased with it. I don't know if its a good alternative for other conditions, so I have no opinion there.

I have been having some digestion problems for a few years. Started taking probiotics for about 6 weeks. I think that it is helping but I am not yet sure.
I am taking Ultimate 10 Probiotic from the Vitamin Shoppe. It has 13 billion organisms per capsule. The bottle shows the names of 10 different bacteria. Too much to write.
