Saltiest Dishes in America
Some of these really surprised me:
http://health.yahoo.com/experts/eatt...ds-in-america/  Ironically, I have friends who never want to eat at Asian restaurants because they think the food is too high in sodium---yet they would be comfortable eating the foods in this article! Of course, the article doesn't say how high in sodium the average neighborhood Chinese restaurant is, so I guess it's possible it's even higher.....
