I developed bursitis below my knew from running (too far, too fast, too soon), so I tried a spin class to see if that would not inflame the bursitis, but it did. From there I tried yoga and I love it, so I take about five yoga classes a week. It is a perfect compliment to my mega hikes in the Columbia River Gorge. My body feel about 20 years younger since starting yoga.

I take a spinning class once a week. It's a great addition to my running and hiking regimen although frankly I find it a little boring and claustrophobic being stuck in that dark room with the music blasting to do it any more frequently.
