45 minutes of intense cardio, 1.5 hours of weight training 5 days per week. I've been doing this since I ER'd 8 months ago. Have lost 60 pounds and my wife thinks I'm sexier now than when we go married in our 20's.
I think I'm almost ready to dial back a bit and go into a more of a "maintenance" mode. I will never stop though. I figure if I look after myself properly, I have at least 20 years of retirement ahead of me where I should not be limited in anyway PHYSICALLY.
