Confused about dryer sheets

Trying to find magazine article about medical insurance providers
Hi,
About 1 year ago, there was an article in either Money, Smartmoney, or Businessweek about insurance companies who refused to pay for treatments. They had a bar graph comparing the major health insurance companies and the % of treatments they refused to pay for. I remember the article in my head (the chart was on the right side of the page), but cannot find it anymore. Does anyone here remember that article? Do you remember which magazine it was from and what issue? Thanks! Charles |

There was one in Consumer Reports in 2004. That's the only one I remember.

Online, it says Sept 07 has the most recent ratings. Your public library may have internet access to consumer reports articles.
