United Healthcare just changed their website to include 2014 ACA compliant policies with their 2013 policies. You can put your info in and then compare the plans side by side. I did that with mine using a 59 and 60 year old couple in Ohio, $5000 ded 20% copy and compared to a similar silver plan.

I'd sure want an out of pocket max on any plan we choose. A major car accident or illness could be hundreds of thousands...

Both plans have a maximum out of pocket. The ACA plan is listed in their brochure at $6350 per person or $12700 per family (page 6). The 2013 plan is $3000 per person. The ACA plan out of pocket includes the deductible.
