401k to IRA

Hello. Just joined yesterday.

Retiring completely debt free in no income tax state with 600,000. Sounds small but I only need 4%. Looking at Vanguard 2020 50% and another 1 or 2 funds. We can handle some risk as we have 200k to 300k coming in inheritance down the road.150 being non taxable. Any suggestions?
