I see Goldman Sachs has launched an ETF in the large cap space, using a weighting formula that has historically outperformed the regular market cap weighted index.

Surprisingly, and the only reason I mention this here, it is priced in line with SPY, at 0.09%.

What do you think of the strategy, and what do you think could be the "catch"?
