Anyone holding on for now? I cashed out about 80%, still have 20% to see what happens.........

Certainly, I am still holding all my BUD. The board has agreed to be bought out at $70/share. Is there some question that the deal will be finalized?

There is always a question, although in the past several years, the boards of the firms involved usually set some VERY HIGH breakup fees,often in the hundreds of millions.

I've made some good money in BUD, but I think after the merger the price will pull back and I'll build up my positions again..........

I haven't been able to find a lot of details yet. However, I thought I read that this is a cash deal. As such doesn't that mean that as long as the sale goes through you get $70/share, no options for holding through the sale?
This is all new to me so I am trying to find out what I can.
