There have been a lot of articles about FAN lately as well as other wind energy ETFs. PWND has been receiving quite a bit of attention as well. If you are interested in wind, I suggest you take a look at PWND.

I think a good ETF is probably a good idea, but I haven't been real impressed with some of the stocks in the portfolio. I'd rather pick and choose. JMO.

PWND holds more than 85% foreign stock, heavily weighted in Spain (22%). Last I heard, Spain was in a recession.
