GM is not General Motors (at least in Canada)
Dude, where's my ticker?

While General Motors was delisted from the TSX, the ticker "GM" was given to a new listing, Geo Minerals. General Motors has now been given the ticker symbol "GMM".

It just shows how bankruptcy can affect your brand!

That is great very much like the early internet days when people made a small fortune. I am still kicking myself for not registering tv.com when I had a chance.

So General motors is no longer GM, it may well be Genetically Modified. Or is it is the same old in different wrapper?
