Housing Stocks

Of course, everyone hates them and knows that they are all going bankrupt. Friday really pummeled them. So, I figure that this is the time to buy. I have $20,000 sitting around from the sale of my Lyondell Chemical (LYO).

BZH
BHS
KBH
MTH
SPF

I figure that at least one will go bankrupt but the rest will make money. Check back in five years or so.

Here is what I bought and the prices I paid for them.

BZH 11.22
BHS 19.23
KBH 31.95
MTH 16.84
SPF 10.30

Still have 8K to spend.

I think there's still a couple more years of pain left, but why not just buy XHB?

Another poster brought MHK to my attention as a possible play on housing.

Cramer would say 'sell on the bounce'. More pain to follow. I have no idea. Not sure he does either.
