Is now the time to buy NYX?

I just was debating opening a position in NYX (NYSE Euronext), as financials are making a comeback late this year. It's been hammered so hard that I think it's a steal at around 84, it's down like 25% this year. Anybody else buying?

It's in my portfolio but I'm a buy and hold kind of gal. I've been with it up and down since I got in @ $79 last year.

Then again I love the exchanges.
