Question on EYE

I have just began looking over individual stocks. I have always just invested in Mutual Funds... Here are my thoughts on one in particular...

My wife got Lasik surgery several years ago and I always thought that it was amazing the results this procedure produces.

After doing some research on companies that produce lasik products and equipment. I came across Advanced Medical Optics. (EYE) as you can see it really peaked around the middle of 06 and has had a steady decline since then. Now lasik is a procedure that is not necessary but when people have extra money it is very tempting to have because of the way it betters your life. I have seen this first hand with my wife. No more glasses, contacts, eye doctor visits.

OK finally my question. Do you see EYE returning to or surpassing its 06 high around 50/share if and when things pick up in the economy. Would now be a good time to purchase EYE?
