TD Ameritrade Tools

Anybody try the new tools offered by TD Ameritrade - tools like the Command center, Strategy Desk, etc?

Wouldn't mind trying them out but too chicken or too lazy to learn, I guess.

I use CommandCenter 2.0; what's to learn? I'll answer for you: nothing.

I bailed on TD, just got tired of all the mergers Waterhouse ... TD Waterhouse ... TD Ameritrade and how long it took them to integrate the two sides' accounts into one online system.

Command Center is just a watchlist with perhaps some alert capability.

Have you tried Strategy Desk?

FG:

What did you switch to and is that working out better - I suppose you'd have say yes to that!

I wrote about my use of CC2.0 on this thread. Since I am only interested in a universe of about 10 ETFs, I didn't think that StrategyDesk would be helpful to me and have not tried it.

I switched to WellsFargo for the free trades. They don't have any tools in their clunky but servicable interface that I am aware of
