Vail Resorts Stock (MTN)

Does anyone know if you get any sort of benefits, i.e. discounts, occasional coupons, etc., for being a stock holder if one uses any of the resort they own?

Has anyone invested in the company and what are your thoughts on the company as an investment?

thanks

don't know anything about perks but as an investment I think it is too dependent on mother nature for revenues.

In other words: no snow + no skiers = no profits

Epic Pass

Although it is too late to purchase the epic pass this year, it provides a good value for someone that skis with some frequency. It groups together all of the Vail Resorts (breckenridge, keysone, a-basin) plus some out of state resorts all on the same season pass. I think it went for less than $450 this year.

With the way the no-snow season has gone in CO this year, you are probably better off with the epic pass, than Vail's stock.
