Booked 3 weeks at the lake in the last three days. So I am a little more confident this beast can/will help carry itself. I know that this thing is costing me money every year. But the August rents are just in time for the $3500 tax bill (and that's only HALF the annual bill). Thanks to vrbo and homeaway!

We'll spent Memorial day weekend there as a family then I have 10 friends coming for a 5 day golf outing (Tues - Sunday) .... priceless.

If everything was always about the bottom line, we would just sit at home in the dark; clip coupons/rinse out sandwich bags/recycle dryer sheets instead.
The fact that we can leave our clothes and dive gear at the condo is a big plus for us. We can fly in with just small carry-on bags. Makes it so much easier when packing takes no time at all and you don't have to schlep the heavy bags.

Wherever you go, there you are.
(In other words, no whining!)
