Add a new one to the list. I have been visiting an area near Venice, FL for six years now in late Feb early March. Usually very nice but this year red tide so no fishing and being near the beach causes one to cough a lot. The locals say this does not occur very often, at least five years in between but can last a month or two. The weather is good however and of cource the local restaurants are excellent.

Just got back from Sarasota. Spent all glorious 28 days exploring beaches, museums, restaurants, etc. What a wonderful place. Thanks to you all you locals for keeping me out of the tourist traps. DW and I had a great time. Need to plan 2/2014!

I'll post this here to start.
I will probably be moving to FL in a year or two.
Have been negotiating with friend and we have mostly come to terms of engagement.
It's either that or assisted living.

That's an unusual phrase. Can you elaborate?

Who pays for what, who does what cleaning/cooking/shopping/gardening, visitors, road trips; all the minutiae of existence.

Thanks for the added info. Sounds reasonable to me - as long as you didn't use this as the template for the agreement...
