Lake Como

Leaving for Lake Como on Friday. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding what to see and where to go in Como. We are staying at the Villa D'Este and very much looking forward to it. We do have a car. Thank you.

A 1-2 hr cruise on the lake was the highlight for us.

Strolling along the shore was lovely.

There's also a cable car that goes up one of the hills overlooking the lake. Great view.

I haven't been to Lake Como - just the larger lake nearby, Lago di Garda.

Auguro a buona viaggia

Have fun.

100 percent jealous. Sounds lovely. I am looking up the Villa d'Este just to be more jealous! ETA So gorgeous--it would be hard to leave the hotel! http://www.villadeste.com/en/205/hotel.aspx
