Almost every major cruise line offers transatlantic cruises to/from Europe as part of fleet repositioning for hurricane season. Consider the ports of call that the particular cruise line uses. Some cruise lines basically employ a port to port itinerary the longer cruises visit more ports. I'm looking forward to doing a transatlantic cruise in the future considering MSC cruise lines primarily because of the interesting itineraries they have.
