Rental agency in USVI's

DH and I would like to rent a condo in St. Thomas or St. Croix on a month to month lease. We don't want to use craigslist and sites like VRBO, homeexchange, etc. don't seem to offer monthly rates on most properties. Anyone have a recommendation for a real estate agency there? We've seen several online but would appreciate referrals from people who have used one or more of these agencies.

If you haven't already, you might want to reach out to the owners at a VRBO property you like, some will negotiate monthly rates even if the listing doesn't indicate it. We own a couple of places that we market through VRBO and do this regularly.
