Suggestions for a villa in Krabi, Thailand?

Looking to spend a month near Krabi, Thailand this winter. We have seen quotes all over the map.
Anyone who has been there and can suggest a reputable property manager or nice 2 Bdrm villa?

Have you tried posting on the Lonely Planet's Thorntree Forum? You will probably have better luck there.

My general experience is that you'll save at least 50% by waiting until you get there to book.
