Sounds like a great tour. I have fond memories during my decade of going around to coffee farms as a buyer of talking to growers who cheerily talked about growing macadamias in Guatemala and shipping them to Hawaii where they could be sold (at a much higher price) as Hawaiian Macadamias to tourists. I suspect their might have been some Guatemalan-grown "Kona" coffee involved as well.
