using dividend miles

We have some dividend miles that I am hoping to combine with some Diners CLub miles and MC miles to get two tickets to fly to NY next summer to work on our apartment and spend 6-7 weeks. How do I get all the miles to go in together though? This sounds stupid, but I am clueless.

You might search for answers on Flyertalk to find out exactly how it works.
I don't have Diners Club, so I'm clueless as to how it works.
I do have a few Dividend Miles, but haven't worked on any kind of transfer with them.
I use the Chase Sapphire and they transfer back and forth to United.

I think you would probably need to transfer your Diner's Club and MC to Dividend Miles as a first step (if DC and MC have an affiliation with US Airways, and then have US Airways Dividend Miles issue reward tickets.

where are you going and how many miles in each account?

DC will need to go to starwood and then to DM. You'll loose value in the process.

DM is difficult because they will only show you their flights online. Even though you have the entire *A network available to you (united as well for domestic). Ideally, you'll have enough DC points for 20k Starwood, which will get you a bit better transfer rate.
