President Bush on the economy.....
The President said,``My administration has been clear and candid on the state of the economy,'' `We saw the economic slowdown coming, we were up front about these concerns with the American people, and we've been taking decisive action.''

He is a day late and a dollar short on just about everything except planning the invasion of Iraq. He started that when he enter office well before 9/11 according to some of the insiders and former cabinet members.
The problem with GWB is he lack vision and is status quo to a fault.  Fortunately he will be out of office soon.
