Seinfeld is the best television series of all time.

Sorry, everyone who chose something else is just wrong. :)

The Sopranos was pretty good too.

I liked Lonesome Dove enough to purchase The Lonesome Dove Collection. Never gets old.

I also bought the entire Moonlighting series, a blast from the late 80s that I loved.

As a small child - Mr. Ed
As a teen/young adult - Man from U.N.C.L.E.
Approaching middle age - All Creatures Great and Small
As a senior - Poirot, Miss Marple, etc.
Overall - Rockford comes to mind

Breaking Bad is the correct answer. Thanks for playing.

But almost all the other shows mentioned already are quite good.

Lonesome Dove--just so good, the miniseries and the book it came from. Thanks for reminding me.

Roughly in chronological order:
Perry Mason
The Saint
Ironside
The Carol Burnett Show
Colombo
Rockford Files
MASH
Monty Python
All in the Family
Maude
Saturday Night Live
Cheers
Hill Street Blues
LA Law
NYPD Blue
Murphy Brown
Seinfeld
Deadwood
The Sopranos
Breaking Bad
Modern Family

Fawlty Towers the best comedy ever.

X Files (series 1,2 & 3) are probably best drama as they were so different at the time.

Big Bang Theory
Mash
Extinct or Alive
Homestead Rescue (no way 3 people could get all that done in 7 days but still addicting)

Twilight Zone
Carol Burnett Show
Monty Python's Flying Circus

There are so many! When I was a kid saturday mornings were Roy Rogers, The Lone Ranger, Sky King. Also Speed Racer.

Later years was Barney Miller, Hill Street Blues,

This topic gets you thinking!

I loved Hogan's Heroes because it was so silly and unrealistic.
I loved MASH because it was so silly and realistic.

My goodness. You all had televisions when you were young. Luxury!

Drama: The Sopranos
Comedy: Seinfeld-Cheers
Night Soaps: Knots Landing & Dallas
The first 2 seasons of Knots Landing were released on DVD, but apparently sales didn't go well & they never released anymore :(

Present Time: Pawn Stars, Hard-Core Pawn (canceled) Yellowstone, Naked & Afraid, Angie Tribeca (canceled) & although I don't like to admit it, American Dad & Family Guy. I like the dark/twisted humor, & the fact that they leave no group unscathed.

When I was really young: I love Lucy. & The Honeymooners

In my teens: American Bandstand

In my college years: Days Of Our Lives

In my adulthood:

Dallas

Mash

Cheers

Seinfeld

Sopranos

Downton Abbey

Homeland

GOT

Handmaids Tale
