Bummer, sorry to hear you won't be coming back for a visit. With our stocks in the toilet, we've decided to spend more money on fun stuff, by golly!
We just drove down to Florida for a music festival, tent camping, to hear some great bands and just relax. It was a long drive for us, 7 hours each way, but we'll eat some PB&Js this week to make up for the costs.
Hope it will work out for y'all to come next year or if you get away in the summer for a visit. There are some really nice cabins at James Island County park, but you have to rent them early. That would be a good deal compared to hotels.
Take care and take heart; the markets will be back up before long. And if not, well, there's always guns and ammo. ;) j/k

We (me and DW) will not be able to make it to the annual TTC alumni oyster roast this November. The state of our economy will not allow the luxury this year. Some day we will get back to visit SC.
