I have never had any washer hoses break but it happened to a friend of mine while he was on vacation. He had a sunken living room that filled up with water. Neighbors called him when they saw water running out his front door into the street! When I remember I turn water off to the house if I am going to be gone a while.

I don't know about that, but I'm at least starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. I'm starting to get a little nervous, especially since my TSP isn't going to be what I had projected or wanted. When it gets a little closer, I may have to make a few adjustments, possibly even extend my work time a little, but I really don't want to so will be doing my best to talk myself out of it. If I do that, it would be for a maximum of maybe 11 more months. Really don't wanna do it though....

Thanks! Did you ever build your house? My screen name was just a fluke, my daughter was watching The Lion King years ago and I was on another message board and needed a screen name and that popped up. But I have kept it as it kind of matches my attitudes in life.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I was on vacation in Maine and totally off the net. As far as my profile picture, I think it is some sort of mountain orchid. I took the picture at Macchu Picchu in Peru about 6 years ago.
