- Tentatively treading into a new life in a retirement facility, making new friends and finding new happiness, in an economy that's in a nosedive. We have a huge house needing to be sold. We still live in it. The condo will cost over twice what we paid for the house. (Can I edit this later???)
Continuing expenses in the condo will be interesting. I'm here for advice on downsizing and because you all have such a good sense of humor.
Also we are caregivers for an aunt in a skilled care nursing home, and we will be caring for her long-distance after we move. I see an eldercare forum on here. I can't find any advice through Google.
