Good Luck to you. I have found that this Board is not effective dealing with higher net worth individuals. The focus seems to be proving that the poster is not telling the truth. I have stopped posting. We have a similar issue here in the US. I am 54 married with two kids in college. Contemplating early retirement. We have 5MM of equity in our primary residence and vacation home with no mortgages. We can afford to keep both houses in retirement but examining whether it makes sense financially and whether we want to deal with the issues of a large home. On the other hand--we need to live somewhere. Very difficult issues I do not have the answer for.
