During the dot-com bubble days, some domain names were selling for a million bucks.   No business, just the domain name.   Crazy, right?

How about an ocean-view trailer for $1.05M?   No real estate, just a 1971 trailer and a rental space.

I was browsing the 90210 real estate listings and saw a 0.02 acre side of a cliff that you couldn't build on in Beverly Hills. List price - $20,000. That works out to $1 million per acre for unbuildable cliffside.
