Routing number for online bank

I have a savings account at Etrade and my Roth is at Vanguard. Vanguard is linked to my checking account, but I would like to link it to my Etrade savings account also. Is it possible to link an online account to Vanguard? If so, how do you know the routing number? Thanks.
